Guest guest
Tammy, Are you saying that the burping is associated with PANDAS? Thanks From: tkuhn1@... Date: Thu, 7 Jan 2010 19:23:40 -0600 Subject: Re: [ ] Anyone know why a child would be consantly burping? Pandas. What is your treatment? Don't think you are done. Tammy [ ] Anyone know why a child would be consantly burping? Ok- this a new one for me. My 7 yr old daughter is NT with ADD has started to burp constantly. I asked her why she does it and she says she does not know she just feels like she needs to do it. Also, last week she constantly had to crack her knuckles. That has lessened somewhat. She has been diagnosed with PANDAS before. I just don't understand because normally she is a very moody child and lately she has been much happier and more compliant. Any thouhts? Guest guest
Did you keep the girl on the Today Show. She had the hiccups. I would look into it. But of course, I don't know how many burps your talking about. My 10 year old and 7 year old can make them self burp and think its the funniest think. Boy thing and age I'm sure. But I was surprised how hiccups were tied into Pandas and Lieberman (sp?), the medical guru on Today who is against the " autism " world and supports vaccines yada, yada....But supported Pandas and said there was plenty they couldn't explain. Was a good step in the right direction for her!! Tammy [ ] Anyone know why a child would be consantly > burping? > > Ok- this a new one for me. Guest guest
I'm thinking yeast, because yeast is very much tied to OCD behavior.
