Guest guest
I have recently been formerly diagnosed with yeast overgrowth. The candida diet is just not realistic so have been researching ways of making it doable. Some say limited carbs and whole grains (which is what my doctor recommends), some say that you must be 100% carb/sugar free for months. I came across a website pushing Threelac (not Theralac) which is claiming that their product is THE answer to candida. It is very expensive but would be worth it for a few months if the claims are true. I could live with limiting carbs/sweets, but the paleo diet would just not happen I'm afraid... Anyone have first hand experience with ThreeLac and be willing to share? Rosie

Guest guest
I love it. It really settles my stomach down if I have had something that would feed the yeast like sugar. ________________________________ From: Tammy Kuhn <tkuhn1@...> Sent: Sat, October 16, 2010 7:50:16 PM Subject: Re: [ ] Threelac  Biotin would be cheap good to use for yeast.
