Guest guest
I have been thinking about how Buhner says that medicinal herbs grow where they are needed. I have an aloe plant that has gone just plain nuts in the past few years. It is 3' tall and has spawned 20 or so smaller plants. I know it's good for wounds and sunburns such, and I know it can be taken internally. But how? Do you juice the whole leaf? Skin it first? Cook it? Just snap it off the plant and eat it raw? Is there any chance I'll poison myself if I do it wrong? Anyone have a recipe? I'm just curious. I just repotted it, with help from my husband since I ca no longer begin to lift it. And now I have all those smaller aloe plants in pots all over the house. Everywhere I go, there they are. I think they're trying to tell me something. D.
