Guest guest
Ann, Connie, Sam and everyone : ) Sam mentioned the wonderful discussion happening on this group. I am not a regular participant here, but have been on the Buhner protocol for over nine months. One of the reasons I like working with herbs and taking them, is that they are full of healing potential and life energy - and truly gifts for us on earth. I do believe we can learn to tune in, and find the healing properties of plants, and continue to expand on the knowledge and understanding of how they might help us in even more subtle and expanded ways. I have been working with herbs for about eleven years, and started studying Ayurvedic herbs and healing protocols after one of my trips to India a few years ago. I also started learning about homeopathy and radionics in India on another visit, and both of these healing modalities have become very important in my life and recovery, and continiued studies. The main reason for traveling to India, was to visit an ashram. It was along the lines of what Ann spoke about - the unity of all religions and faiths. In one gathering of humanity at this location, you would be sitting side by side with a person from another county or faith, all levels of wealth or poverty. For me, it is a dream come true - Heaven on Earth. All gathered, getting along, worshiping God in their chosen form, with love for God and their fellow man. These are the essential teachings of all religions. I am all for anyone worshiping what ever form of God they are drawn to, and especially for the unity of all faiths. In India, I noticed that for the most part Christians and Hindus were very respectful of each other's beliefs, and seemed to easily accept and live in harmony around diverse traditions. I think if we could get to a place of unity in diversity, we would have world peace and love - and we would begin to experience healing and shifts, which would help to rid ourselves of hate and all the other qualities that destroy us individually and collectively, in body, mind and spirit. Ok - quite a discourse coming from a lurker..........but this is so close to my heart : ) Love, Jnanda
