Guest guest
Thanks, folks, for all the fabulous tips about where to get the herbs I was having trouble finding. With the number that my husband, Trond, and I are both taking (like 20-some two or three times a day), the cost is getting out of hand. But life is too short and rich with possibillities for love and service of all sorts that I am not inclined to spend precious time encapsulating my own until and unless I absolutely have to, which indeed I may! Trond, ever the engineer/entrepreneur, suggested that given our numbers--and the volume demands of our Buhner protocol--we could form a coop and negotiate a deal with one or more of the herb companies, saving a bundle. Anyone want to do that, and maybe get free herbs in return? Meanwhile, I did not find Sarsaparilla on the 1stchineseherbs.com site, so I guess I'll soon be getting to know too. Meanwhile, Trond and I both broke out in severe rashes, which we now understand was probably caused by taking 3-4 Andrographis two to three times a day. Though we had worked up to that slowly, our relatively healthy bodies clearly objected to it! So T. is off it altogether, while I take just two a day. Trond continues to have the tingling mouth problem, which we first thought was from Resveratrol. He stopped taking it for two weeks and had no change so went back on it. Apparently it's neither that nor the Andrographis causing the mouth problem. Any thoughts? LBNL, Trond now has liquid B.M.s, a state that's continued for 8 days and is very atypical for him. It may coincide with when he started Resvetrol again, or hey, it may come from bad lettuce in a fast food sandwich he had at that time. We are on the full Bohner protocol, including in T's case most of the supplments suggested for memory and other brain function, and I am taking many of the arthritis-symptom supplements. Again, any thoughts are much appreciated.
