Guest guest
fyi, my llmd used teitelbaum protocol for treating chronic fatigue. teitelbaum recommeded 200mg/day q10 for folks with cfids, which i took for almost 2 yaers. recently lowered to 100mg/day, mainly due to cost issues and not noticing any difference. for reference, same llmd recommended only 30mg 2xday for my son, who does not have cfids, but had tick bite and bulls-eye rash last year (treated with abx and seems okay). kendra -----Original Message----- I believe that she wanted me to start with 100 mg. a day for one month. Then 150 mg. for one month, then 200 mg. for the remainder. I'll have to go back and look at her instructions on that to make sure this is correct. I don't know what " too much " is? I will ask her on my next visit which is on December 15th if you can take more than 200 mg. --- > How much dosage did your LLMD rec. to you of CoQ10?
