Guest guest
Dear Carolyn & All, Here is info (BTW - yet another day with NO LIGHTHEADEDNESS!!!! (so far) - YIPPEE!) Will be seeing doc tomorrow (TH) - can ask for 800 phone numbers - even if only can get through a doc, perhaps this would help... <<Here is the info on the regimen - only one has website listed. Would be happy to research for you, but this damned computer is locking up more & more. Anymore, I try not to do too much searching - just post for info & hope someone responds. The Ultrabalance is something that only docs (holistics too, of course) can purchase. If you find a cheaper source, let me know - PLEASE! The other 2 things could possibly be sold through pharmacies - if a REALLY good pharmacy (good luck - " drug pushers " for the most part, IMO). Hope this info helps - just sent this to another friend, so if there's anything off topic in here, that's why. LOL! These are most likely supplements that only docs can buy. The castor bean acid is called " Formula SF722 " marketed under name Thorne Research from Dover, Idaho 83825. It contains: 50 mg. 10-Undercenoic Acid (derived from Castor Bean Oil), extra virgin olive oil, gelatin, glycerin & water. Garlic is " SuperGarlic 6000 " marketed by Metagenics, San Clemente, CA, 92673. 2 other names appear on bottle - " MetaBonanica from Metagenics & " Eclectic Botanicals. Says: " Super Concentrated 6000 mg Allicin per tabled Guaranteed. Other ingredients include: 80 mg calcium, 61 mg phosphorous, Raw Garlic Concentrate 600 mg. - dammit - can't read fine print. If I remember (LOL!), I'll have daughter read it to me when she comes in from outside. Fiber drink is called " Ultra Fiber " ( " for support of intestinal function " ), marketed by UltraBalance Meidical Foods, a HealthComm Co., 5800 Soundview Dr., Gig Harbor, WA, 98335 - YIPPEE A WEBSITE!!!!! www.ultrabalance.com The " Ultrabalance " also sells protein/carb drink mixes that REALLY do reduce inflammation - thought it was bs, but she took 1 in office as sample, then 2 more that 1st day & by next am, eyelid swelling was down considerably. Can't afford to keep her on the shakes, though. They're like $35 a jar for 2 wks or so. Sigh... Another friend tole me this doc is " high " on prices - she got through another doc $20 cheaper (probably for large container of drink shake mix, which he sells for $75 or thereabouts). It REALLY is good stuff - tastes good, too. If you order, the chocolate, vanilla & peach I know are dairy free. They have better flavors - mixed berry & something else - but dammit - they have dairy in them. (If you have food allergies, even if you're not so severely aware of them that you have hives or sneezing, etc. - they will cause inflammation in tissues. Great Smokes Labs has great bloodtest for food allergies. (No sticking all this crap under your skin & waiting for you to blow up like a baloon or break out in rash - GRRRRR Idiots!) they just draw blood & send it off. Tests 300 foods & spices. Also have one for " environmental " allergies - crap floating in air, I guess. (Didn't do that one - just food).
Guest guest
In a message dated 00-03-08 11:25:19 EST, you write: << Any idea if it works on all areas of the ole bod? I'm starting to wonder if I have a yeast problem. Any info you could pass on would be great! >> Hi Again, According to our chiro (who, incidentally, did not try to push this stuff on us - I told him daughter WILL NOT be taking toxic anti-fungals internally...) who knows research docs doing research on the oral anti-fungals. Research is not yet published, but he has promised to advise as soon as it is... Anyway, research is showing that oral anti-fungals (toxic prescription meds) DO NOT KILL THE YEAST, but suppress it ONLY - driving it deep into tissues in a CELL-WALL-DEFICIENT FORM. (This cell wall deficient mutation is not something I want to play with.) ALso, could be why so many lymies have to live on oral anti-fungals all the while treating... This is not so with this regimen - with reasonable diet & pro-biotics, she will NOT have to take this regimen forever. Doc said 2-6 wks. As for affecting all of body - yes. I do believe so as when I asked doc what to expect when she started on this (now, that's true lyme paranoia - when you have to ask doc what horrible effect to expect, when taking something that SHOULD make you feel better!). Apparently, you can experience very mild abdominal discomfort (she did not), stools should get progressively more normal & most of all, he said, " She should just begin to feel really good again. " (What a shock - this is actually happening!!! She felt close to NORM AL) the last couple of days. It's been months since I've heard her say this. (Save for the horrendus babesia night sweats...) In Rife circles, it's pretty well understood that if you treat cancer (which we do as a preventative - given the # of those victims of these x-files diseases who eventually develop cancers...), you MUST treat the candida - otherwise, you're wasting your time. Actually, Dr Roy Rife ( & all others - MDs & research docs) who had the benefit of his microscope (before " THEY " burned lab, smashed equipment, etc.), saw one of the 17 different forms of cancer " virus " to be a fungus... Hope this helps! Let me know if I can help in any other way with this... Blessings & velcros, Chris

Back a few months ago before we FINALLY got a doc to order lyme test - back in the days when I thought my child may have a brain tumor (goose bumps...), we were certain (after brain problems ruled out) that she had one of 3 med problems: 1.) Mitral Valve Prolapse; 2.) Lyme (we were certain of this, per 2 medical intiutives we consulted; 3.) Candida (also certain dx - per medical intiutives we consulted). The mitral valve prolapse, I feared because of the tachacardia & anemia... The other 2 accounted for all the symptoms! Also, severely depresses immune system & - listen up, those on oral meds & supplements - the yeast coats the lining of intestines & colon (thanks to HOLISTIC doc explaining!) - therefore accounting for gross deficiencies in vitamins / minerals / trace elements! This is NOT theory - he has pix & showed us (gross) the build-up of candida in digestive tract... Also gets into other areas of body - obviously, as it shows in blood tests... However, the castor bean acid product & garlic do permeate the colon / intestines - while killing of the yeast living there... (Fiber - partly digestible / partly undigestible (tease daughter that she's swallowing a " toothbrush " - LOL!) to scrub dead candida from digestive tract...) Guest guest
Carolyn, I can't believe you aren't taking anything for your yeast problem. Rather I can't believe your LLMD wouldn't have talked to you about it if you are on abx's long-term. Are you still on abx? There are many different regimens. I have had a terrible time with it. Most of us are taking Acidophilus a few times a day, eating yogurt, and I take Nystatin when my thrush acts up (yeast on tongue) and ever since I've been on Abx's I take Difulcan once a week. This Diflucan I've heard, doesn't help everyone, some women need creams, but I am so fortunate, this really works for me. Another thing that works for me is a low Carb diet, basically limit your breads, pasta, rice, potatoes, and fruit, some veggies, especially corn, anything with vinegar, alcohol, and sweets. I can give you more on that diet if you want. But its basically Dr. Adkins Diet Revolution, but altered slightly (like eating legumes and more grains then he calls for), or the Carbohydrate Addicts diet. You can get a carb counter book (purse size) at most drug stores. Yeast thrives in an acidic atmosphere, and if I remember correctly, not only do abx's cause acidity to go up, but so do bacteria's and especially carbohydrates, because they turn to alcohol in your blood - this is why you'll feel dizzy and woozy if you have a yeast problem and have eaten too many carbs or sugar. It feels like Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). I may not be saying all this exactly right, and remember that everyone of us has different experiences with different regimens, but Yeast can really make you feel just awful. So please talk to your doctor about how to control it. Good luck, Vicki, Md >From: " CAROLYN ROWE " <skidrowe@...> > >Hi > >What is this yeast regime you're talking about? Guest guest
Hi Carolyn, Early in my disease I had vaginal yeast infections, I would just call the doctor and he would rx something, I don't know how good the over the counter stuff is. Since I now take diflucan daily and Primadophilus Bifidus, I no longer have any yeast difficulties and can pretty much eat all the sugar I want too. Guest guest
hi guys, I used to have a terrible problem with yeast while on iv abx. My doc at the time told me to get some empty gelcaps from the pharmacy and fill them with BORIC ACID. YES.. BORIC ACID...and insert them vaginally twice a day. It really works. After a few days it stings a little bit, but it really does work , even for very bad infections. I found it to work much better and faster than the diflucan. also.. the gel caps should be the large ones. they are not so big , so don't get scared . LOL Hope this helps di
