Guest guest
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.htm (IE 5) http://www.microsoft.com/windows/default.asp (To look at whichever Windows Systems you may be using and find out what to upgrade.) Hi Marta, It may not hurt to go to MS website and download all the critical updates and upgrade to IE 5. I think IE 5 has its problems also but I have found that if you have the time to spend on the MS site it helps. You can also upgrade Outlook Express if this is the mail program you use. Another thing. If you have saved any picture files, they take up lots of room. If you can put on a floppy and take off your hard drive that may help. My son added another hard disk for storage mainly on this computer.........took out of old one that crashed and burned! But adding more memory could also help. If someone on the list has a lot of computer knowledge they may know lots more then me. I am just learning as I go. Painful at times. This is off-topic, but I think a few have been having some problems and some of this may help keep us up and running - I HOPE!!
