Guest guest
Hi Ellen, thanks for your suggestion. I did some yoga for a few years, tai-chi for a few years and some chi- kong (spelling?) for a few months. I did enjoy them all. I was not sick at that time, but I felt so well while doing them. Specially tai- chi-chuan. Now that I'm sick, I'm sure it can't do bad!! I just need to coordinate myself and my child to see how to do that. But I have to confess that I already spend so much time of my day in healing (it takes me about 2 hours to have my breakfast), that I feel like trying to get away from more healthy stuff during the rest of the day!!! You know, when you control every bite of thing you eat, drink, cook, you take the herbs, teas, tinctures 3x day, rub stuff on skin 3x day, well, you just want to do something else on the rest of your time!! Do you really feel it helped your lyme symptoms?? If you swear it helped you, I may try to spend time on it. I was thinking to get a cranio-sacral therapy instead! Besides, I also know that metal detox will take me about 2 years (average), and that my immune system will not recover before 2 years (from the metal poisoning I had for decades). I started metal detox in April 06, so I still have a long way to go... I had experienced so many change of symptoms and improvement so fast that I keep wanting to get better faster and faster. But it's difficult, if not impossible... gotta go, my daughter is calling! Thanks for the suggestion!
