Dabs conn Hi Dabs, I understand what you mean about the dynamics changing - it must be very difficult. I'm fortunate in that I was the " socializer " so not much has changed in my marriage because I'm not able to do that any longer. But, I know that many marriages have suffered because of this issue. I think that your idea is a great one and I hope that you're able to find someone who will be able to help. Thank you - I'm off abx for the weekend, so am feeing a little better today. I hope that you, too, are doing well. Patty (MD) ******************************************************* Hi Byron, I'm so sorry to hear that your having so much pain - you certainly don't need that in addition to Lyme. I have two herniated discs, one cervical and one lumbar, so I understand what you're going through. Take care and I hope that you're feeling better real soon. Patty ******************************************************** Hi I know I'm late as usual <g>, but here's my ICQ number: 2567584 Thanks so much for taking the time to put this list together. Guest guest
<< Martha would have a coronary if she had a child like ours in her house for one day! Our houses may not get the Good Housekeeping Seal, but they do get the " loving, caring place to raise a child with special needs " Seal, which is much more valuable and difficult to earn!! Hi, Everyone..........Maureen.........very well said!!! Joan........Gareth's favorite board games to start with were the Pooh Bear game that had the kids move by colors and the old Chutes and Ladder game that taught numbers. The C & L game he quickly picked up on how to cheat!!! He knew going up the ladders let him win!!! Margaret

Guest guest
Hello, I am usually a silent observer but today I must speak up. I wonder if the drop sites need to limit the number of customers not based on product availability, but on hosting capacity. It seems clear that with such large numbers of people picking up at one site, it requires far too much uncompensated work for the hosting member. Will and Rebekah, THANK YOU! for providing your place and for working on our behalf! I have often thought of the burden it places on you. Would it be helpful if we rotated weeks in helping you put the orders out? How about cleaning up? I know more than one-two people would be more chaos than itis worth but maybe there are ways we could step up and help. Guest guest
As a customer, let me say that I agree with the suggestion to help out on a rotating basis. I always have the fear that I am taking something extra and end up double checking everything, but maybe it would help to have a more formal system for checkout just to have a double check to make sure everything was counted correctly. Or just remind everyone to recheck what they have taken against the invoice before leaving just to make sure. Another suggestion is to have each site put togther a list of instructions, including dos and don'ts, that Diane could staple to the next invoice, and also give to new customers. A lot of it is just good manners and common sense, but it doesn't hurt to repeat it sometimes. One thing I would suggest also is that people should know that this stuff is perishable, and that they should arrange to pick it up sufficiently soon after it gets dropped off so it is still cold. I certainly don't think people should expect extra ice on hot days. Maybe after one time of getting fermented milk they will plan to get there earlier the next time. It sounds cruel, but sometimes that is the only way to make things work. Of course anyone can have an emergency, but it shouldn't become a habit. --- Pagitt <naturalhealthcoach@...> wrote: > Hello, > > I am usually a silent observer but today I must > speak up. > I wonder if the drop sites need to limit the number > of customers not > based on product availability, > but on hosting capacity.
