NAC -glutathione precurser - question

If anyone on here is taking it, how much do you take? I started out

taking 2 capsules, which turns out to be 600 mg each. Then it occured

to me to check Buhner, and he suggests 600 mg of ALA, another

precurser. I've submitted a question to him re difference between NAC

and ALA.

Also,

anyone heard of or experienced any side effects from taking too much?
