we just got off the phone....and from what you told me it 'sounds' like 2

possibiities. Like Lynn Shepler said...a possible 'herx'....i know when i

have herxed...

i get the same ..feel just horrible and COLD...to the bone....i too will be

dressed for skiing with the warm sun out....i seem to get that 'feeling' alot

during this ordeal.

Second thought is for me on Tues...i felt ok in the a.m.....went to

return Anttoinette the stuff we xeroxed...this is tues......went to her at

10:30 am...on my return home from A.'s house at 1pm ...i took a SUDDEN dive

in the car ..could'nt wait to get home...went to bed at 8:30...slept alot

it felt like all of a sudden i had the flu...body achy,crappy,

headache...joint pains , jaw joint pain,face pain ,sinus pain and i felt

'cold' and like i was getting a sore throat , wore lots of layers....and wed.

was real bad...sicky icky...and thurs felt so depleted and awful...had'nt

left my house since tues afternoon...

thur i felt awful..(yesterday)...so, i had wondered if it were a herx or

was i getting a 'flu' i heard about going around....i was crying yesterday

and wishing i were

dead, only because of feeling sooo sick....my knees swelled and could hardle

walk with joint pain in my ankles...i hobbled...

looked oup sinus website again feeling it was that...i really should get

a script for guia...wnet to savon's at 8 pm got sinusitis supplies...saline

spray, vick vapors for the vaporizer....had nite sweats/sopping wet hair all

nite last nite...

woke up today and feel some better....

now this was either a herx or some flu or siunus flare....from what i

have learened in this regards is it is 'often' hard for the patient to

discern ...a herx, a 'fibo-flare' or there are other elements going

around....i aslo thought how the weather temp changed suddently from summery

warm to pretty cool....that affects me...

wish i could give you an exact answer.. i took 100mg of doxy 4's a bay

with the biaxcin....the doxy i got so sun sensitive that i got 2nd degree

burns on my hands...couln't use them for 2+ week...it hurt like hell....yang

switched me to Amoxiccilan from the doxy cause of the sun sensitivity.....

we can talk again....i had other questions to ask you...like is this for

lyme trmt?

when did you start? just taking one 100mg per day...or more often.....the

treatment is like a roolercoaster and is hard to discern.....you may need

alot of rest...rest...rest... to recoupe...whatever it is....the only

allergic reation i got was from the sun...and i also felt horrible...i was

taking doxy,biaxcin, and flaygly at the same time then...i felt crapped

out....now it just Biacin 2,000mg and amocicillin 5,000mg per day....

hope this helps...it does sound confusig....that's why i asked you if you

got a rash...that's why i mentioned i knew of 2 'healthy' people that

recently had a flu...

i' sure it will pass. The herx's feel like you are geeting worse and

treatment is not effective...this is where the patients get scared and cannot

discern....
