I use veggies caps with everything, including when I capsule the Cat's

Claw. I think these break down just fine in my digestive

tract..........as I have very poor digestion, and would notice this

right away. In fact, I can't digest the Cat's Claw powder by itself at

all, but if I capsule it, I am fine.

My veggies capsules break down immediately when they get wet, as this

has happened if my hands are dry when I try to capsule the

powder......so I personally think what I am using is fine. I buy my

capules in bulk usually, from www.mountainroseherbs.com.
