Guest guest
I printed the info and plan to send in my $35 too. It sounds like a very worthwhile cause. Thanks for posting it. Guest guest
Rose and I also joined. The "family rate" is $55.00, much cheaper than two individual memberships. As quickly as FAIM jumped behind Dr. B and took on the OPMC idiots, I would also urge everybody that can afford it, join, join, join. and Rose

Guest guest
Hi All, I joined with the family membership for $50.00. After all, 4 of us have Lyme. I had to do it even though funds are short at times due to high medical costs. I am now in my room on Saturday evening. I am pretty lonesome even though I think it is a good sign that FINALLY I can say that I think I am B O R E D!!! I need some feedback. Have any of you who have been so devastatingly ill and then began to feel better feel kind of " down " and unsure what to do? I am amazed that I am so confused, even depressed because I " feel " things again. I see how many years have gone by. How much suffering there has been. I am well aware that by no means am I well yet but to have a few weeks of up time (for me) is so odd, unexpected. I am truly moved to tears yet I have lost my job, friends, moved, been through surgeries unnecessarily, severe pain both mentally and physically and so much more and it all feels like it is hitting me right between my eyes now. Any of you psychologists, real or homegrown know what I mean? If I am blessed to continue in a mostly good " run, " how do I begin again? I know by taking one step at a time but I feel so unsure, so vulnerable. I have had herxheimers during these first 2 weeks of HBOT but not as violently as I expected----yet!!!! Anyway, I am so glad to have YOU to talk to. Thank you all so much for your love and support and hellos to me out here in E. Hampton. I got a really short haircut and have been to CVS--too much, getting stuff I don't need. Other days I sleep or rest. Right now, I have to finish al my treatments by next Friday the 7th. I think we'll arrive very late or may have to only travel as far as we can before we collapse. I need to keep our room for Fri night cause I may very well make it but we may not. I am not canceling Fri yet. Am I forgetting anything to bring? I've had so much on my mind doing treatments twice a day, M--Fri. Weather has been fairly good but pretty cool way out on Long Island surrounded by the ocean. I tried to walk on the beach but pooped out after 15 minutes--THAT is work!! Love to everyone. Keep those cards and letters coming in!! Can't wait to see everyone. I may see Eileen on the 4th after her checkup. Love, Helen

Guest guest
Dear Helen, Hang in there! You will see Eileen on the 4th! I'm not a psychologist, but I'll do my best to cheer you up. I'm glad you feel so well. Relish it, enjoy it! Love, Eileen
