Guest guest Posted January 9, 2007 Report Share Posted January 9, 2007 Hi folks, On a hunch, I;ve been taking boneset tea, although I don't think I have coinfections (that it's usually used for in Buhner's protocol). It's very quickly taken away the minor pain (shallow 'skin' pain, and the typical Lyme neck soreness) that I " ve been feeling, actually. (by the way, it's also FANTASTIC for various symptoms including aches when you have a cold or flu, and was apparently used in the great pandemic flu in 1918 and previous). One interesting thing that happened is I feel like I'm having a herx or something- I hadn't experienced those before when I was treating with doxycycline and azithromycin (and herbs), but I really felt crappier than I'd felt in months in the last couple of days. It lasted about two days and cleared up today again. Has anyone else experienced a herx from boneset, or is this likely to be just coincidence?
