Guest guest
Heard about this today on my community, listener-supported radio station. Usually good health info and not a shill. It's a mineral, come from the Sierra mountains (hence the name). Interesting story of its origin: " ... in the 1970s, a gold prospector discovered that the soil in the Sierras contained a significant amount of natural clay. This clay healed a dog's injured paw and went on to work wonders on arthritic human hands. Lieberman and Xenakis [authors of a book about it]are passionate about SierraSil's ability to help those suffering from arthritis and many other inflammatory conditions, as well as digestive problems like irritable bowel syndrome and Crohn's disease. " Anybody familiar with it? I know nothing about it beyond this. Thought I'd mention to you'all, posibly another tool in the tool box. {Plus, I like the story. (smile)} best, ellen
Guest Jane Phelps
Hi Ellen, I actually have been taking SierraSil Joint Formula 14 for two years now! I was suffering from a lot of hip joint pain (my guess it was sciatica) so I decided I would try the product. In three days I was walking so much better! I now take it daily and can walk 2+ miles per day with no pain. Try it and tell me how it worked for you. I love it!
