Guest guest
I've been advised by an MS sufferer that music will soothe and help to pass the time while herxing.. However I find that it irritates me.. Anybody else out there have a similar problem?? RHONDA
Guest guest
Sometimes I find it soothing, and sometimes it makes me want to jump out of my skin. I have a background in Polarity Therapy, and according to the Polarity folks, if a sound makes you anxious, tense, whatever, it means it has come up against blocked energy in your energy system. They would suggest that you focus on your breathing and allow it to pass. If you were working diligently towards clearing and alligning your energy systems, this would be good advice. Personally, I turn it off or try different music. In general, I prefer quiet.
