I am in the pits of " almost " menopause and so the erratic hormones

have made it worse than the usual Lyme related ups and down in the

cycles.

Ive stopped abx for 4 days now, in the hopes of doing modified

Buhner ( meaning trying the protocol at a very low dose, adding one

at a time so I can tell what I tolerate). I wanted the drugs to wash

out- again to give the herbs a really good shot.and to be able to

tell what if any reactions there are.

Ive been experiencing the " usual' increased of PMS sx that linger

for over 2-3 weeks due to skipped periods, and most upsettingly a

constant almost gagging nausea. Im hungry and nauseous at same time--

eating makes it worse but Ive been forcing light non-greasy easy to

digest foods as I vow to never drop to 84 deathly pounds again!!

Liquids ( tried a day of juices to cleanse with extra C and

glutathione) make it waaay worse.

Since I wont be able to tell if the herbs are affecting my own GI

issues and/or making me nauseous...what do you suggest for this??Im

thinking Id best calm it down before starting Buhner??

Ginger ( candied and tea) hasnt made a dent. Ive tried the Emetrol (

its a phoshorous based syrup...based on the old coke syrup cures)

and again bubkis.

( and yes, small often meals or snacks; separating solid food from

drinks, etc etc tried it all)

and based upon this latest snag, do you have any thought about which

of the Buhner's is more vs less likely to worsen the nausea?? or

easiest on GI??

all greatly appreciated!!!

Finette
