Wheat free diet, what do you eat for breakfast?

It's not long that I do a wheat free diet (since April this year).

I'm not sure I'm intolerant to gluten (hopefully not)...

The only bread I'm eating is a whole rye bread (it's a German bread,

its color is next to black). It's nice to eat it if I toast it a bit

(not too much). One thin slice is my limit (too heavy otherwise).

There are breads with pumpkin seed or sunflower seed, or just plain.

Then I eat preferably popped quinoa or popped amaranth, some oat (but

not too much or I'll have diarrhea), or some rice flakes. I also eat

corn flakes, as supposedly, I'm not allergic. All with soya or rice

milk.

Sometimes I eat even baby rice in my soya milk! My daughter who is 2

looks at my porridge with disgust, but I really don't find it bad!

She dooesn't even want to taste it.

I think these are all my options so far (as carb). Any other

suggestions? I do need carbs, I feel.

Selma
