Guest guest
Jnanda, many thanks for the iherb site suggestion. It's funny they look quite the same product, I wonder if the vitacost site didn't miss to add that component.... I'll keep that product in mind, thanks. The only problem I see is with magnesium listed as component, you know it's not easy to find one that fits to each of us... I took dozens to keep only two of them so far. Everything else meant diarrhea for me. I have taken some ALA, which is a glutathione enhancer, but also chelator... I didn't take much for fears of metal reaction though. This was before I was doing ART. Have you taken ALA? If yes, how do you compare with glutathione? Buhner recommends to add selenium too to get intoxication symptoms down (see page 143). I suppose glutathione-only will not do the chelation (than would be somewhat 'safer' for the ones who chelate with other stuff already)? It looks like Buhner recommend mostly ALA than glutathione (or both, if I understood well)... I still have a box here, it's a good idea to try now, as I'm having endotoxins measured very high (according to ART). I guess chlorella will help only with metals and as 'food', while glutathione helps with endotoxins from die off (that I believe, chlorella doesn't bind well, in my experience of these last days....). Have you tried Chitosan?? It's an unexpensive supplement that had helped me a bit during hard days in the past (before I knew chlorella). I take it sometimes still, and I have the impression it also helps... Selma > AKG stands for alpha ketoglutaric acid.
