In almost every article I've read about RA, it mentions injury as a possible

cause. It is well documented that an injured joint is more prone to

arthritis. In most cases, they are referring to osteoarthritis, but it has

been linked to RA as well. My problems started after an auto accident, but

I believe the botched arthroscopy procedure is what caused the RA.

Good luck with your study drug. I hope it helps you. Let us know how it

goes.

Hi . You bring up a good point about injury/accidents preceding

RA. I've often wondered my self. I got sick with my

yet-to-be-diagnosed ailment after I received a hepatitis injection,

just prior to having my wisdom teeth removed. I often wonder if those

events had anything to do with me getting sick (ie: bacteria,

micro-organisms..)

Good luck with your drug study.

I keep hearing more and more about young girls having very serious

reactions just after getting a hepatitis injection. I feel like I

should try and let people know about it, although I do not know what

good it would do.

Take care,

Donna Marie,

I feel the same way. My parent just got the Lymes shot, and I

cringe. I've heard of to many reactions to both Lymes and Hepititis.

Unless someone is in the high risk group, I wouldn't think they are

necessary, but that is just my opinion. We all have to do what is right for

us.

,

What a scary time you had! I'm so happy that you are safe and that you

aren't worse this morning. Please rest up and give your body and soul time

to get over the shock of it all.

got up this morning and I'm not any worse in the pain department than last

night. Praise God! I'm a little stiff and sore, but not at all like I expected
