I think it depends on your fingers, their condition, but for me a trackball

is the only way to go. It sits still instead of having to roam around on your

desk. Only the ball and the clickers move, not the whole thing. I will not go

back to a mouse. It might also depend upon what a person is used to. I just

have a standard keyboard, so I don't know about other types.

Regarding your symptoms, time will tell whether or not they are permanent, in

my opinion. My symptoms are gradually changing all the time. Weakness is the

one that is the most progressive for me, but we vary a LOT!!!

I hope you were able to get your nap! Kids make it very hard.
