Thanks for your wise words ,

I am so sorry I missed your post about the ticks, I am sure it was funny,

maybe it was a bad time for all of us....who knows for sure. Please repost

it, I sure need a good laugh. Maybe ticks aren't so funny to most of it on

this list, but we would be much better off laughing at our fears if we can,

just my opinion though. It is so true what you wrote, and I also want to

mention there is a manifestation of this disease, called Lyme Rage. I am

not sure that we have encountered that on this list, but we should be aware

that it can and might happen. I way over reacted in the problems we had

last month, and I learned from it, I won't make that mistake again. It is

so true how we mean to write one thing, it comes out a different way, or is

misread by the offended party. You are right, like you tell your kids, we

should just walk away from an attack, just let them vent. Your post is a

keeper, I am saving this in my Important file.

Hugs,

Marta NJ

I am currently not treating Lyme (gearing up to do Buhner protocol). But today I

am feeling

some of the old dieoff signs from when I was on Zhang's herbs and salt/c - the

movement in

my left eye tear duct area, the sharp icepick pain in my fingertip. The only

thing I did recently

is start drinking wheatgrass juice every morning again after a 3 day break.

Could my body be

killing the Lyme just all on it's own? Could this have nothing to do with dieoff

and more likely

something to do with the full moon? I am also very unmotivated and bored today.

No energy

or desire to do much of anything. Very blah. Who knows....

Hi

I was wondering if anyone else experiences this with Lyme, (CFS & Fibro).

During the full moon does your symptoms flare up more than other days?

This is the first month on my abx and this full moon my pains are awful, with

headaches, shooting pains and restless legs. The fatigue is just ridiculous.

Before the full moon, before abx - I used to do some things around the house

maybe in the yard. But last two days I can barely get my shower in.

I was just wondering.

Thanks,

Jeannie

I've totally had my a$$ kicked this week but I also had a lymph massage last

TH. It has taken till today till I feel human again but still no real

energy.

I just read Klinghardt's detoxing protocol where he suggests the cycle is 28

days. I have been charting mine and I can throw it off with lymph work of

killing too much. Have you staarted keeping a journal of what you do, what

you take and how it affects you? Pretty interesting!

I don't want to have lyme anymore. A total mess this week. Emotional terrorist

and pain unbearable. Fatigue off the charts. Full moon may be the cause but this

disease blows.

Has anyone had the lymph aches throat tender, breasts tender, groin area

tender?? This is new. Can't tell if its toxic load or just lyme. I have stopped

all treatment at this point.

Thoughts?

yeah Monty this has been a sucky week. Keep detoxing tho. Went to see my guy

and he reminded me no matter how bad i feel to do 3 coffee enemas in a row

to really clean out the liver. sometimes it just takes too much energy to do

that but I am going to try my first of 3 tonight...

Milk thistle? I ran out but plan to make some this weekend. what else. PH.

Have you checked your PH? That appears to be the basis for our getting

healthy. Up until today, I felt so bad, I didn't even give a crap. Almost

cried in his office - and I'm not a crier.

I did the Lymph massage last TH, prior to the full moon (thought I was so

very well put in the first paragraph. lol.

I did start a journal day one of my abx treatment. It's all interesting. It

also helps me to deal with stress differently because I know what to expect when

I do. (most times anyway)

I am also keeping a binder with th info I have been reading on here.

I have been having all the tenderness you mention too. Didn't know how painful

until for some reason my puppy decides to jump on me at full run!!! Ouch!!! lol

Other detox:

Activated charcoal (binder - works quickly especially with GI bloating, etc.)

Apple pectin (binder)

Chlorella (binder of heavy metals although will bind vit C and possibly other

supplements so should be taken away from them - not everyone can tolerate

chlorella)

French Green Clay, Bentonite Clay, or other clays (binder)

Diatomaceous Earth (binder plus also kills parasites - must get food grade by

Perma Guard)

Rebounding (mini trampoline - good exercise, gets the lymph system moving, may

help with pain relief - Urban Rebounder is a good brand and inexpensive; I

bought the one with the balance bar to hold onto)

I was about to unsubscribe because the digests are so long; but this topic

caught my attention.

I have sleep issues most of the time, but during the full moon they get

outrageous! I'm not sure that's the only time they are bad, but I can count on

having increased insomnia, difficulty getting to sleep, waking in the night,

etc, during the full moon.

Again, please delete parts of the message you are responding to that are not

I never paid attention to the full moon regarding my illness. When I was a bank

teller, the supervisors would come around and let us know it was a full moon.

Seemed like there was more bank robberies during this time.

In fact, the bank I worked at was robbed long before I got there by Patty Hearst

and the " gang " who had kidnapped her. We always had some strange folks during

this time.

So, I started noting my symptoms and I started noticing a pattern. I also

suffer with insomnia more during this time then others. I also have more of

those waking up in the early morning hours and not be able to return to sleep.

Neurological symptoms go nuts as well, so to speak.

I hope you don't unsubscribe, this is the best support group I have found.

Learned so much from everyone.

Blessings,

Jeannie

Oh Monty,

I know how you feel! I read, way back when, that jumping (even very gently for

5 minutes) on a mini trampoline helps keep the lymph system moving. I bought

one 2 years ago and have worked up to 30 minutes, on my good days, and I've had

very little trouble with lymph aches. I also swear that my rife is the first

thing to really make a difference. And knot weed too. Anyway, don't give up!

Just keep trying things and you'll beat this. There must be something going on

with the moon or planet because I had a really terrible week too...felt worse

than I have in a year at least...fatigue off the charts, but today is better so

far.

Jeannie - I think the skin brushing is for the lymph. The key is to brush

towards your heart. The more you can move your lymph then flush with water

out your kidneys, the better your system will be!

Not sure if this is correct, this is what I found regarding Chlorella from

http://www.watershed.net/Chlorella-FAQs/#Mealtime

" What time of day or night should I take it?

Chlorella can be taken at any time of the day. It can be taken all at once or it

can be taken in small dosages throughout the day, which is preferable. It is

best taken 20-30 minutes before mealtime so it can help with digestion and

intake of nutrients. Morning is also a good time to take Chlorella, but never

just before or after drinking coffee or a soft drinks since caffeine is

extremely detrimental to the digestive process.

Why should I take it around mealtime? -

As previously mentioned, Chlorella causes the bacteria in our stomachs, the

Lactobacilli, to multiply at 4 times the rate of normal. This helps provide very

good digestion and more importantly, better assimilation of nutrients. "

Also, here is a quote from Klinghardt's Detox Protocol

" If you take Vitamin C during your detox program, take it as far away from

Chlorella as possible (best after meals). "

supplements so should be taken away from them - not everyone can tolerate

chlorella) "

> Chlorella can be taken at any time of the day. It can be taken all at once or

it can be taken in small dosages throughout the day, which is preferable. It is

best taken 20-30 minutes before mealtime so it can help with digestion and

intake of nutrients. Morning is also a good time to take Chlorella, but never

just before or after drinking coffee or a soft drinks since caffeine is

extremely detrimental to the digestive process.

> As previously mentioned, Chlorella causes the bacteria in our stomachs, the

Lactobacilli, to multiply at 4 times the rate of normal. This helps provide very

good digestion and more importantly, better assimilation of nutrients. "
