Thanks , we've been really busy doing yard work and refinishing a

hutch for our daughter's clothing/quilts.

I've had some strange sensations this morning. In my bath my feet

and lower legs started tingling, like very mild electric shocks.

They did it for maybe 20 minutes or so. And then my arms have also

had mild waves of this shock feeling too, not like a sudden thing but

like a wave going down from my elbow to my wrist. It is a very mild

sensation, kind of hot and cold at the same time but not painful or

even all that noticable. Does this mean that my CMT might be going

through a stage of worsening? I have extremely mild symptoms, no

deformities of feet or hands as of yet, just bird legs and weak grip

and hands and wrist, forearms, etc. When I was pregnant with my

second child my feet would gnarl up so bad I couldn't walk in the

mornings, I attributed this to CMT, but after her birth I was fine

and didn't experience the same with my last pregnancy. I'm wondering

if I'm doing something or ingesting something that is making it

progress more rapidly now for some reason, or is this just the nature

of the beast? Will I get to a point where these will be my symptoms

and it will rest again? Will they go away like my foot cramps during

pregnancy did? My forearms, hands and wrists have been bothering me

for months now, back, shoulders and neck for years, but it seems like

it is coming down harder in the past month or so. I'm going to take

a few hours tonight and search the archives for any related posts. I

feel totally rotten right now and need a nap so bad!!

Also, does anyone have advice about keyboards and a mouse or tracker

ball? What works best?

Thanks in advance!!

Molly
