Ann,

Thanks for both suggestions! Since I'm not sure what is triggering the insomnia,

I am willing, as I said, to try just about anything. I'll give both your

suggestions a go, and see what happens. (I figure at some point I'll get tired

enough that I'll just fall over in a heap somewhere though, if nothing else

works! lol)

Hi Meg,

Don't forget to check the Buhner column on Planet Thrive...there are 2 posts

about insomnia and he gives various suggestions. I believe the very first

column addresses this, and one more recently. Good luck!
