flagyl? >>

yes I did...but I have wondered for me personally whether I had persistant

lyme or something else going on....for me personally a few years back...gee

about 6 years now....I had a doctor who apoligized for undertreating me for

what she felt was a mycoplasmal infection...I just got the Orens transcript

and it is difficult reading because of the way it is set up...not because of

the content and it def struck me reading Dr. Sam Donta's testimony that he

would not use Flagyl in lyme because he feels Flagyl works on a certain

enzyme not present in borrelia.....this is the first doctor who I have seen

say anything contrary about Flagyl...

I feel Flagyl helped me...haven't taken it for way over a month..got sick of

the constant pill 3 times a day thing and then i got a bad cold and got lazy

<grin>

haven't gone back since.....

Am I glad I did take the Flagyl? Yes, there were a lot of weird improvements

in my life..and I can def say Flagyl was the only difference in my

routine.....but I aint the type to keep weird shit I read from others to make

their own educated choices....and to read that in the transcript really

bothered me and I felt it was important to share...Bernadette

Yes, B, I remember you being " flagylized " at the OPMC rally and that you

were feeling well :-)

I have read a lot of studies that support the idea that flagyl is useful

in fighting the cyst form of Bb. I didn't know that Dr. Donta

disagreed....but I am going ahead with it, as my LLMD who is extremely

LL , thinks that it can help.

As usual, thanks for the info. I will look into it.

Take Care,

Joan LI NY
