Guest guest
I trust that everyone here is finding moments of peace within. Haven't posted for a while....thought i'd let you know that i finally got my igenex results: NEGATIVE. This is great for the mind (ie; don't formally have a lyme diagnosis) Body doesn't feel any better. Still intense symptoms. I've decided to stay in this group.....as clearly after 20 odd years of similar symptoms (cfids, chemical sensitivities) there is some constant state of microbial activity of some sort. Most of the herbs that Buhner discusses seem to be potentially helpful for me as well.....it does seem that even when i take one capsule of something (cats claw or knotweed or andrographis) symptoms become worse....especially the severe headaches. I'm very interested in healing modalities that bypass the digestive system, and that are very very very (underlined) gentle. I just am coming out of a week-long silent retreat, with no phone, computer and minimal talk, no going out in the world, etc.....i must say that it felt right for me to live so simply and quietly (was doing this with a friend.) This, in itself is pure medicine, especially the deep rest and meditation part.....of course it takes a lot of strength to say " no " to busy-ness. I confess that coming out of the retreat has been quite overwhelming to the nerves and body....yet i know that i can rest in this spacious moment if i choose. It's kind of an internal choice. Thank you for including me in this lovely group. I plan on carefully integrating 's herbs as feels right. Peaceful Blessings, Yarrow
