Guest guest
Hi, See Healing Lyme, p. 109/ Resveratrol- " broadly antifungal " and " strongly inhibitive against Candida albicans. " And p. 126/ Smilax- " antifungal " (in the " Actions " section). There may be others in the book which are antifungal, but I'm only on Andrographis, Cat's Claw, Resveratrol, and Smilax/Sarsparilla, so those are the only ones I've made separate notes on. You can check the Functions and Actions sections, etc., on the others in the book. I've noticed my food sensitivites seem to have calmed down some, so maybe it's that I'm having less trouble with yeast/candida (assuming I ever did - who knows with all that happens with this). Good luck.
