I found it!!! Connie, I thought I had discarded it accidentally, but i

found your instructions. Went to the site and enjoyed reading a number

of his answers. So you don't need to repeat instructions for me.

I have started taking red root and wondered about the coagulation

affect, so was happy to read his answer to someone else about that. Very

helpful site.
