Marta, It is a method for lifeminders to get e-mail addresses, but I myself

joined the lists they have...a few months ago

get some e-mails with interesting links to good articles....before Christmas

got one that had a link to sportsauthority to get and print out a coupon for

10$ off ANY 15$ purchase....I printed out 2 and saved 20$ off of 30$ between

me and my daughter....I sent that link to a few interested friends..(not the

sign-up form)

..I didn't believe it was legit either...till I used the coupon and saved 20$

but i figured at the very least...interesting articles...for free sitting in

my mailbox when I need a distraction....here is the lead in to one of my

recent e-mails

that describes the articles you can link to ...I got the 100,000 letter, but

I just deleted it, figured if I found anything good, I can just share it like

I did with the Sports Authority coupon....I chose not to refer anyone

Hi Bernadette,

Thanks for letting me know about that....I am glad you got to use some

of their coupons. I am currently on everyone's mail list due to ordering

stuff for the holidays (but it was so easy, compared to fighting the malls),

I guess that is why I was a bit skeptical. I still think I will skip this

one, too much email as is and not looking to buy anything right now.

Hope you are not too snowed in....we got 11 inches here, but I think you

got more in North Jersey. Lucky we had bought the snowblower just after the

winter of 96.

Hugs,

Marta
