I just wanted to thank all of you for sharing in my joy of Feeling Good!!!

I am entering my 10th week of abx..........I'm afraid to stop

treatment.............my Dr. wants me to continue until I am symptom free

for a total of two months. (two cycles)....

That means some time in June............I hope this is it for

me.............I am slowly getting back my life.............actually went

out in the canoe on the lake, for a short time today..............I'm very

careful to not over do it!!!

What an amazing feeling to be able to think, move, and sleep, without pain

or frustration..............I remember what it means now to wake refreshed

and full of energy...........I forgot that feeling........I don't need

reminders all over the house. I'm not walking around in a fog......and am

actually getting my memory back...........I really thought certain brain

files were destroyed. I can actually go for a walk, better yet .....I

return without any joint pain, nor am I exhausted..........no word recall

problems, no concentration problems, no numbness and tingling.............no

headaches......no cough....no depression, no confusion, no vision

problems...............its amazing............truly amazing. I hope it

lasts forever..............and that it is contagious and everyone else in

this group catches it..............and we all spend this summer " feeling

good " ...............

Hi Irene and everyone,

I have had lyme since the summer of 1995. I was positive with the WB and a

+251 on the LUAT. I had returned from a camping trip to

Maine...........when I became ill. I have taken many ticks off myself as

well as my two dogs!! The three of us must give off a lot of

oxygen.......isn't that what ticks are attracted to?

I'm pleased to hear Rosie didn't stop at the first Dr. and his dx. Perhaps

her daughter won't suffer as much or as long like so many of

us...........Recently, A friend of mine was telling me about her mom, and

how sick she was. I suggested she go to a lyme literate Dr. when all her

other tests came back negative....and her Dr. suggested that swollen lymph

glands can come from dirty hair.........(how do you like that one) Today,

she called and thanked me. It looks like she has a combination of Lyme

disease and Cat Scratch disease..............she is going for more testing

tomorrow...........but everything is pointing towards Lyme.

Rosie talked about moving.................where does she think she can move

to, to be safe??? She needs to join this group...she will find

out...........that ticks and the lyme bacteria are everywhere!!!

I'm still doing well, I return to work on Monday. I have to be very careful
