Thanks for the responses. I really should take some reveratrol as it

is good in so many ways, and I did not realize it was antifungal. I

will look at Threelac and see if it has fillers I can tolerate. And

thanks for the confrimation that hot water (not necessarily boiling)

is okay for tinctures. Happy New Year.
