Weld of the American Lyme Disease Foundation in Westchester County said he expects a horrendous year as far as Lyme Disease is concerned. A spokesperson for the State Health Department indicated however said it was difficult to predict just how much an outbreak there would be. There were no cases of Lyme Disease in Essex, Warren, Washington and lin counties last year. Clinton county had four.
