encapsulating Plum Flower powders

a few queries for those of you who are using the Plum Flower powders (which

i'm considering):

roughly how many 00 capsules do you get from one bag?

how many do you cap at one time? the whole bag? or smaller batches?

one of my concerns is exposing the powder to the air and light an moisture

while capping it. do you think that is an issue? (for instance, i've heard

from pharmacists that resveratrol is extremely unstable to oxygen. so some

companies take extra measures to flush each capsule with co2 before filling

the cap. obviously, no way can do that at home.)

since this is powder concentrate 5:1, how do you figure the dosing compared

to protocol?

I have been taking the Plum Flower brand of Hu Zhang, CHINESE Knotweed. It

has NO fillers or any adulteration to it. BUt for some reason they sent me

Japanese Knotweed this time from 1st Chinese Herbs and it has CORN STARCH as

a filler in it. I need to call and see WHY they sent me this this time.

WHEN it is used up, I think I will go back to the Plum Flower Chinese

Knotweed. It is 5:1 as is the Japanese Knotweed, but no fillers.
