Guest guest
Hi Jim, What brand of Coptis do you use? Have you noticed significant results with this, or have you been on it very long? Can this herb interact with others negatively? I haven't read much about this one, but it sounds interesting... Thanks, Connie
Guest guest
Coptis is a VERY strong herb. So you must take LESS of it than other herbs. I have been on it for several months now. But you must go VERY slow with it in the beginning. AND do NOT take it with Androgaphis. I have not had any other problems taking it with Buhner's recommended herbs. It is a " cold " herb, just like Buhner's recommended ones are. So is very compatible with them. I have noticed about the same results as when I took Andrographis. When I am done with the pound of Plum Flower Brand Coptis that I have, I will go back to Andrographis. Andro is cheaper, but you use about twice as much so it evens out. I got it from 1st Chinese Herbs. Jim Connie <conniekillbug@...> wrote: Hi Jim, What brand of Coptis do you use? Have you noticed significant results with this, or have you been on it very long?
