of the symptom list that goes on and on?

==>Stomach distress does not usually affect the upper back, but pain

can radiate to the back low on the ribs. Upper back stiffness is

candida toxins which affect the muscles; take epsom salt baths;

apply wet heat to it; ensure you are taking cal/mag supplements, etc.

> Seems my stomach upset is getting maybe slightly better but other

symptoms are coming out again. like muscle aches in my legs, the

heart racing thing, fatigue and fears. i just started the coconut

oil again at 1/2 tsp 2 times a day (slowly beginning again) and more

symptoms are coming out. is coconut a strong antifungal?

==>You are reacting normally to the healing/die-off. Coconut oil is

not as strong as clove oil, oregano oil or garlic, but it is

stronger than Pau D'Arco tea.

> i react badly to antifungals.(doc said to only do the diet and not

take anti fungals so i cut everything out last week. my tongue is

thick in the am but gets better as i drink throughout the day but

has many cracks in it) Doc feels i have this pretty bad but i

thought it was getting better a few weeks ago...I just need to stay

positive and i tend to feel better.

==>Coconut oil is a very important part of the diet, for it's fats

and nutrients, and it provides so many benefits, including boosting

the immune system. In fact holding some coconut oil in your mouth

will help your thrush too! But the key is to start with low doses

and gradually increase them - only increase it every 4-5 days.

>

> Im eating as much as i can but i think its not enough. the fats

are upsetting my stomach i think.

==>Coconut oil and butter can upset your stomach because they are

antifungal so they are killing off candida there. Ensure you are

eating plenty of protein and veggies with them, or have Bee's Raw

Egg Drink.

==>You can treat your ears and eyes directly if you think you need

to - See the Treatment files for both articles. However, this too

shall pass. Please do read the articles in the Healing Naturally

Folder so you understand better what is happening to you and why.

==>If you have been following the diet and taking all supplements

for 2 months it is possible your body is re-tracing the symptoms of

Lyme's Disease. Also all of your symptoms are candida die-off

symptoms. The body only has one set of symptoms whether it is

dealing with bacteria, germs, viruses or candida, however some can

be more emphasized than others, depending upon your weakest area

and/or the area being affected the most.

Hi Sue!

Obviously I am not Bee but I am writing because I can't help but wonder why

you would eat raw veggies if you have an ulcer? Not trying to start an

argument or be offensive but...most raw veggies are difficult to digest.

My mom had a very bad ulcer for awhile and her doctors advised eating baby

food or regular, non-acidic, cooked foods pureed to baby food consistency.

She also could not have hardly any spices. Sure the diet was bland and

boring but her ulcer healed within a couple months and she now eats anything

she wants.

I'm sure if mom had known about Bee's program back then she would have

welcomed it. She still would have eaten only cooked, pureed foods but there

would have been more variety and the healing might have been even faster

with coconut oil to help.

Hope you feel better soon.

Hi Sue,

Raw veggies are very hard for someone with candida to digest. You

should definitely cook them! Slather them in butter and add soem sea

salt. You can simer veggies in your broth too. As " touchy " as your

stomach is, you want to make sure you are keeping things as plain and

simple for your digestion as possible.

The tiredness you're feeling is all part of the healing process. It

will abate as the rest of your symptoms will.

that maybe set it off. I had eggs this morning and it is worse. I

am at a loss for what to eat to help settle it.

sometimes in the past a bananna would help, but i know its not on

our diet. I made broth and it isnt helping wither... boy am i lost

this time since my food choices ar limited from the ulcer and the

diet. Is it the ulcer that is reacting to the lemon juice and

veggies or is it just part of being me with this yeasty? I have a

picture of the ulcer and the gastritis and the hernia from the e-

scope, or i would wonder if i had these things, is it possible that

the candida caused these things?

==>Yes, candida did cause these things and it very rough - did you

read Bee's Personal Candida Story (in the files after the

folders)??? I had ulcers since I was 14 years old, and a hiatus

hernia, so many barium x-rays and scopes I dread thinking about it,

etc., etc.

==>You will got through ups and downs - please read information in

the Natural Healing Folder so you understand what is happening with

you during healing. I have given you some things that might help

it, i.e. baking soda in warm water; ginger tea; chew on ginger or

fennel; take pepto bismol and milk of magnesia, etc.

> Also what can i do for the lack of energy. It seems once my

stomach is upset all i want to do is lay down and sleep and my

stamina is so poor. Any suggestions

==>Sometimes sleep is the best thing for you. You can take a tsp or

two of a good fat (coconut oil, butter or lard), which helps your

energy and sometimes it will settle your stomach too.

raw veggier, but this bout of distress came with the raw broccoli n

califlower. I wasnt sure at the time if it was that or the broth i

made, thinking maybe it was greasy even though i strained it.

==>Sue, Ellen is right about not eating raw veggies - I believe I

wrote about that awhile ago, and also I recommended you eat soup,

broth and pureed foods, even having baby foods.

this diet so i am confused.

==>Your doctor doesn't has only 5-8 hours of education on diet,

nutrition, etc., whereas I have over 20 years. If the doctor

doesn't help you get well it would be wise not to listen to him.

Hi again Sue!

I'm not sure what your doc meant by " low residual " diet, so it is a mystery

to me why you think this program doesn't qualify.

As you are learning, the worst things you can eat are raw veggies, high

fiber foods, and acidic foods (at least right now) as they will irritate

your tummy.

Have you tried the sea salt drink with less lemon or none at all? The room

temp salt water should be healing...as should coconut oil or butter. I know

you said you were having a problem with eggs but Bee's Raw Egg Drink is so

soothing...it should actually coat your ulcer and make it feel less sore.

You do know that you really don't need to eat any veggies, don't you? Try

just boiling some chicken or poaching some fish...both are easy to digest so

light on your stomach.

I know Bee does not recommend snacking but in this case I'm sure sipping

some broth, herbal tea (with a little c o in it) or the egg drink several

times a day would be okay. This way you will fell satiated without putting

too much in at one time and irritating things.

You just need to take it slow...one meal at a time. Rest as much as you

can. Your body needs rest to heal.

Hugs and prayers,

Ellen

==>No, it wouldn't cause any problems. I started them when I was

only able to eat 9 foods and my stomach was still such a wreck.

continue to increase if i continue with this dieoff feeling?

==>Yes, increasing it should create die-off. Do not increase it again

until your die-off symptoms start to subside again.
