As far as life insurance, I went to State Farm and applied, after a longer time for paper work and medical records to be processed, they did accept me, but wanted almost an extra 60% for the premiums, I turned them down and applied through my credit union. A medical person came to the house for a urine and blood sample. They accepted me for the normal premium, $47.25 quarterly for $100,000.00 coverage. The company is CUNA Mutual Group. If you belong to a credit union, see if they sell policies.

I signed up for life insurance through my work, but I hadn't been diagnosed with CMT so it wasn't an issue (I was just diagnosed at the beginning of this year). Best of luck! Guest guest
I'm 35 years old, however I took out whole life insurance at age 28 (after the birth of my first child). CMT was not an issue for me. I answered all of the health questions including the surgeries I had as a child for CMT. My biggest fear for CMT and insurance is Health Insurance. Fortunately, that has not been a problem either. Guest guest
Start flushing your liver & gallbladder of stones laeaton68 <laeaton68@...> wrote: Hello everyone, I am new to this group and was hoping for some help and info. This past October i had my first gallbladder attack. I thought it was terrible indigestion, but realized after having my second one a week later and being hospitalized that the gallbladder was the culprit. I pushed to put off the surgery, but I am still experiencing weekly attacks. The big problem is that they are lasting almost 8 hours now. I was awakened at 3am Christmas night with my last one. The pain was severe for about 4 hours, but nearly 2 days later, I am still feeling some pain. I was told the gall bladder is inflammed and I am not sure how to handle this problem. I'm lethargic, and I feel like I have constant indigestion. I'd appreciate any help that anyone can give me to relieve me. I was told that my stones were small and that I shouldn't be having pain passing them (the pain was due to the inflammation). __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Hi, This is for the gallstones group. Has anyone had problems with bad breath as a result of gall bladder problems. My doctor says that it could be a side effect. I have noticeable bad breath which has got worse in recent weeks. I was just wondering if anyone has had this problem and what they did about it. Thanks. -----Original Message----- From: vanadeux@... gallstones Sent: Tue, 2 Jan 2007 1:41 PM Subject: Re: I'm New Here I had a similar attack over xmas..severe pain also in my left hand shoulder which was due to congested ly mph and pain in the gallbladder radiated to the right shoulder.
