Guest guest
I would like to follow Buhner's protocol for prevention of Lyme, but I have not been able to find the homeopathic borrelia nosode to purchase. Can anyone tell me where I can get this? ALso, how about the homeopathic apis and ledum? I live in MN. Thanks! Dianne
Guest guest
Hi Dianne, I ordered the homeopathic Ledum from Whole Foods health food store. Most health food stores won't carry it at 1M strength and you need to special order it. You might even need a doctor's Rx for it, but I didn't. Ask at your local health food store, or call Boiron (http:// www.boiron.com). Guest guest
Dianne, Deseret Biologicals makes a Borrelia nosode series therapy that I found to be very effective, both personally for myself and observationally in others. The website is www.desbio.com, but it doesn't seem to be working right now. Maybe it'll be up by the time you get this. --------------------------------- Ahhh...imagining that irresistible " new car " smell? Check outnew cars at Autos. Would you mind giving more details about the ways in which they have helped and over what period of time? regards, Carolyn > Dianne, > > Deseret Biologicals makes a Borrelia nosode series therapy that I found to be very effective, both personally for myself and observationally in others. Guest guest
I don't currently use any of the remedies, but only because I don't need them anymore. I had Lyme for all my life, and was treated successfully over a period of two years or so -- I've been mostly symptom free for maybe a year now. Completely recovered. After I had initially recovered, I was bitten by a couple ticks while on an outing, and I relapsed pretty severely. I did the Borrelia Series Therapy, and have been fine ever since. I did the regular Borrelia Series, not the 1M or 10M. You take one vial every three days. Most people herx between the second and fourth dose, which I didn't know at the time, but it was very true for me (and this was back when I was very skeptical of homeopathy, by the way). I also herxed on the ninth (I think) dose (there are 10 in all). They were some of the worst herx reactions I had ever had up to that point. Once they were over, I felt so much better that I almost couldn't believe it, and I kept expecting a relapse. That never happened. Some people need more than one round of the series, and sometimes it matters which order you go in (ascending or descending in potency). Some people do well with the series, but still need an occasional vial of the 1M or the 10M once every few months or so. I've seen a lot of people put on this remedy, and while it certainly doesn't work for everyone, I've been very impressed overall. My naturopath said that he never had a whole lot of success treating Lyme until he started using this homeopathic series therapy. Granted, I disagree with a lot of how he goes about treating Lyme, and I think he would have better success with a change in thinking and protocols, but still, the results from the series seems to be good by anyone's standards. Hope this helps. > >, > Thank you for the info about this range: I notice that they list quite > a few products for Lyme disease..are you using all of them or just the > 3 Borrelia nosodes? > Would you mind giving more details about the ways in which they have > helped and over what period of time? > regards, > > Carolyn > > Dianne, > > > > Deseret Biologicals makes a Borrelia nosode series therapy that I > found to be very effective, both personally for myself and > observationally in others.
