Guest guest
Hi, Everyone - I suppose my question is a hopeful one, as I do seem to be improving - still have some Lyme symptoms (including fatigue, chest pain, Lyme fog) - but I want to start building some stamina. Any thoughts on how to do this? I'm trying walks, but don't know how hard to push myself. I notice a push/crash cycle when I overdo it. Also, I know my body still needs to be able to heal and I must let the erithro and plaquenil work. (Have been on abx for 5 months). Any thoughts on how people have begun to rebuild their physical stamina? Has anyone found something that works for building strength in arms? I don't have carpal tunnel syndrome, but very sore forearm muscles for 5 years. Am trying some stretching exercises.... Thanks, and healing to all - Marie
