Guest guest
hello joyce, were you taking cat's claw? fyi, my llmd studied buhner's book. when i told her i wanted to try the protocol, she cautioned me on only two of the herbs that she had seen potential problems with. she told me NOT to use cat's claw to start and then to add later ONLY if i was having regular liver tests to monitor. she said that 60% of her patients who took cat's with antibiotics developed very high liver tests. she talked with burrascanno about it and said that neither he nor other llmd they know saw any significant improvement from the cat's claw while taking abx (despite all the hoopla from cowden). so she has stopped using it. she agrees that cat's may be synergistic with the other buhner protocol, but still thinks careful monitoring is needed. i'll keep you in my meditation. may you effortlessly flow thru this new turn in the river of life. love, kendra
Guest guest
Kendra, Thanks for the reply and keeping me in meditation. I started toa free cats claw almost 2 yrs ago. First thing I was on.Then bee-venom shots, salt and C. About 3 mo ago added Buhner core protocal. As far as antibotics are u meaning the other herbs or regular antibotics. I have not done any regular antibotics. What is the other herb she cautioned about? Thanks so much for this info. I do want to add my friend healed her lyme in 6 mo only using cats claw and she had been ill 10 yrs. She was re-tested doing that test where u take lots of antibotics for a few days and then do a 24 hr urine. Supposedly free of lyme. Time will tell. You would think this neg on cats claw would be out there for all to see. My liver enzymes have been up and down all through this. And I feel pretty much like in a constant herx and once in a while have a day where all symptions are gone. I feel healed and then all back again. Wow, wish I had heard this before. Energy testing loves the cc but lately have been getting a no. Quite interesting. I was surprized. Blessings to you Joyce kendra <kendraz@...> wrote: hello joyce, were you taking cat's claw? fyi, my llmd studied buhner's book. when i told her i wanted to try the protocol, she cautioned me on only two of the herbs that she had seen potential problems with. she told me NOT to use cat's claw to start and then to add later ONLY if i was having regular liver tests to monitor. she said that 60% of her patients who took cat's with antibiotics developed very high liver tests. she talked with burrascanno about it and said that neither he nor other llmd they know saw any significant improvement from the cat's claw while taking abx (despite all the hoopla from cowden). so she has stopped using it. she agrees that cat's may be synergistic with the other buhner protocol, but still thinks careful monitoring is needed. i'll keep you in my meditation. may you effortlessly flow thru this new turn in the river of life. love, kendra --------------------------------- Get your own web address for just $1.99/1st yr. Guest guest
Kendra, This might be a good question for Buhner on Planet Thrive.
