Hi Gang,

I finally got a moment to update the Welcome letter that each new person receives when they join our list. Please take a moment to read this, especially pertinent to all of us is the Netiquette section, which reminds us of the importance of deleting irrelevant text when responding, and changing subject lines. I also put a FAQ on the welcome letter, it is short so I know I forgot quite a bit, if you think of others I missed, please shout them out so I can change this.
