Hi Folks!

Did any of you see the Oprah show that covered the subject -

" Your Real Age vs. Your Chronological Age " ? - or something like that.

Anyway, the doc who was on her show and who wrote this book, has a web

site where you can take the test - I'm not about to take it right now

because it will probably say that I'm at least twice as old as my

chron age!!! <G>

Anyway, I'm not sending the following so much for the exercise info

(although we could take 8.1 years off our age if we could exercise!),

but I thought that the info, though brief, about our bodies' Circadian

rhythm was very interesting since our seem to be out of whack - sleep

patterns, metabolism and body temperature!

Take care and hugs to all,

Patty

I just took the test and was surprised ... my real age is exactly what my

chronological age is. Well, actually my real age is about 3 months younger

than I am. :-) Now I'll have a smile on my face for the rest of the day.
