Guest guest
Hi , I'm so happy that your PICC line problems seem to have calmed down because it sounds like you're experiencing some heavy duty herxing - and as horrible as that is, I think we've all learned by now that it's a good thing. Oh geeze - that nightmare about the blood spurting from the tubes in your body really hit home. When I first had my PICC line I used to have horrible thoughts about what would happen if the clamp came lose while I was sleeping - would I actually bleed to death?! Of course, neither happened, but I was an IV novice back then! I'm so glad that you're able to finally get a decent night's sleep. Wishes for continued herxing followed by a healthier, happier !
