Guest guest
Jurek, why don't you divide the doses instead of taking them so high at once ? I'm already on cats claw since December 2005, and I can't tolerate more than 4 capsules A DAY, in divided doses. I think my maximum were 8 capsules a day, but I think I felt it was way too much. Are you having some liver pains? Resveratrol Source Naturals has fillings. Were you ART tested for it? Quite a lot of people react against it. I also feel that when I take a lot of my Knotweed tea (pure herb), it causes me diarrhea, so I just lower the amount. Then it's no problem. Be aware that A LOT is NOT always GOOD. If you have diarrhea, it disrupts your good bacteries from your GI tract. Remember that 90% (if I remember right) of your immune system is located in the gut. I, myself, am very careful with my GI tract as I had suffered from it for decades. So diarrhea means: stop. Check older Planet Thrive responses of B. He said that you have to find what fits to your body and go with it. Never push it too much, it can't do good (in my opinion). People have gotten improvements with lower amounts of his herbs. If you push too much, there's also danger of your body responding with immune responses and you may get intolerant to the herb (which is the ONE thing I would like to avoid). Guest guest
I'd suggest backing down from the dosage, or stop one and then the other and see which one caused the problem then start up again at a lower dose and increase slowly. I had it as well in the beginning and it stabilized after a couple of days. I think raintree is the whole herb, but source naturals has fillers, maybe that's a problem to consider. djur1 wrote: > > I have problem with cat's claw(rain-tree) and resveratrol(source naturals) > I am on dosage 4x2 daily for both of them. > Side effect: diarhea from both of them > > andrographis 4x2 is ok for me. If still diarrhea, then I will change to whole herbs or sth like this. Unfortunately I haven't my resveratrol ART tested - but I will do it soon. What about cat's claw: interesting thing - ART-practicioner said that rain-tree cat's claw doesn't test for me, whereas PC-Samento tests very good. So it was right, because cat's claw caused also diarrhea. I'm on only 1 drop of PC-Samento per day and I feel worse. I'm not still sure that it is from Samento, so today I took 4 drops to check:) This is what Dr.Klinghardt writes about PC Samento: 1. BioPure PC Samento (pentacyclic TOA-reduced energetically modified, ethically wild-crafted Amazon Cat & #8217;s Claw): In my work this product has shown the most consistent action against Borrelia, Bartonella, Ehrlichiosis, Rickettsia, mycoplasma and other coinfefctions. Herxheimer reactions are expected and may occur at any stage of the treatment (on the first day of use or after many months) and repeatedly. During the & #8220;Herxes & #8221;I recommend colon hydrotherapy, KMT lymphatic drainage, raw food diet, moderate exercise, drinking more water then usual, a massage and a nurturing environment. Dosage: start with 4 drops twice daily (or 8 dr/day). Wait one week before increasing. If condition worsens, reduce dose. Sometimes patients initially tolerate only 1 drop/day (rare). Final dose: 2 dropperful/day Contraindication: organ transplant immunotherapy. Don & #8217;t use if trying to become pregnant. May interfere with blood thinning treatment
Guest guest
I IMPROVED with ONE tablet per day, of a certain herb. BUT then I went up to a maximum of 4 pills, 4 times a day; for 5.5 months. I would definitely go back to just ONE PILL a day of the herbs in question. I had NO trouble with diarrhea with any of the herbs. And MY system is super touchy as I have NO colon, and even the slightest wrong food, like say chocolate gives me severe diarrhea. I started out my herbs VERY slow in the beginning and didn't have trouble. As a matter of fact I felt better in days after starting them. Or maybe I should start whole herbs? I read that they are more effective, but do they cause milder side effects? BTW, is it possible to improve when for example on 4x1 dosage for core protocol? Help me, Please )) Thank's Jurek --------------------------------- Luggage? GPS? Comic books? Check out fitting gifts for grads at Search. My first try at resveratrol made me quite hyper. So, my doctor suggested I start by opening the capsule, dabbing my finger on the powder inside and putting just that tiny amount on my tongue and to go up from there. It worked. After doing one dab for a day or two I went to two dabs, then three, then 1/2 capsule, etc. etc. Now, if I stop taking the resveratrol for some reason I can start out with a whole capsule. My doctor works with allergies and chemical sensitivities, so he has good ideas about how to handle medicines with the least possible reaction. He also suggested the VRP resveratrol. I'm sure it's quite pure. I get it through VRP.com He always suggests the highest quality, purest products and I trust his advice much more than I trust buying other brands because they are less expensive. Good luck, Deanna

I get it through VRP.com hi deanna, note that you can save 20% on most vrp products by buying from Your Prescription for Health http://www.illnessisoptional.com/ace/brand.asp?MnfID=1101 Vitamin Research Products, vrp, is brand that usually is filler-free. but i found their resveratrol was more expensive than the Pure Encapsulations brand. i've only found vrp products at 20% thru Your Prescription for Health, 888-794-4325. they do not list on web all that they carry. so you have to call them and ask if you want a vrp product that is not on website. in general the brand Pure Encapsulations (often called " pure caps " ) is always guarenteed to be free of fillers and binders, also very high quality. so many of my supplements, including resveratrol are from pure caps. they have several versions of resveratrol to choose from i found pure caps brand at 20% off thru Your Prescription for Health http://www.illnessisoptional.com/ace/brand.asp?MnfID=1101 and pure caps brand at 25% off thru My Health Store http://store.myhealth-store.com/index.html blessings, kendra -----Original Message----- From: [mailto: ]On Behalf Of bluesky My doctor works with allergies and chemical sensitivities, so he has good ideas about how to handle medicines with the least possible reaction. Guest guest
I do get MY herbs from 1st Chinese Herbs, so I don't know WHO to send them to you overseas. Maybe Google Plum Flower Brand herbs, for Europe and see IF you can find them there. Jim. ### djur1 <djur1@...> wrote: > > I IMPROVED with ONE tablet per day, of a certain herb.
