Guest guest Posted July 18, 1999 Report Share Posted July 18, 1999 When I read the posting about Dr. B. saying many lymies have a psoriasis like rash I almost flipped. FOR YEARS on and off I will get little patchy rash areas mostly on my face ,on my chin and under my bangs that PRECEDE a flare up. When I was Dx with MS and told my neuro abiut it he said " no such thing " . When correctly Dx. with Lyme I told my LLMD who dismissed it saying " lyme can cause all kinds of rashes. " Okay, I realize a spot on my chin isnt earth shattering, but like many women I make a big deal out of skin care and these " spots " have puzzled and discouraged me. SO how do I treat it??? I have it now, albeit not badly. Byron??any advice?? There is always a drop or two of rocephin left in the IV bag, can I rub that directly on my skin??? Anyone else with this prob??? BTW I am so terribly saddened by the news of JFK jr. His fathers death when I was a teenager changed the course of my life, and this seems an unbearable tragedy. G.
