Guest guest
Marie, The only thing that is weird, is this disease, not your feelings about it. Don't worry you aren't alone, we all feel, or have at one time felt this way. I'm just so glad you decided to wait to take the abx's. I've been on Doxy and haven't had a weight gain problem. Just lots of yeast problems. But I follow a low carb diet and that helps both the yeast and the weight problem. It actually makes you lose weight, but it isn't healthy to stay on for long, and all the protein you eat on it, you have to be careful to eat a lot of low fat proteins, like skinless baked chicken, etc. Anyway try to socialize as much as possible during the holidays, because once you start the abx's you will get worse first, before getting better. Good luck. And happy holidays! Vicki, Md P.S. Lyme can cause you to have CF and Fibro, so many of us were first diagnosed with these before getting the real diagnosis! >From: Marie Henson <henson2@...> > >Hi, Everyone, > > >I'm having such a weird psychological response: the more info. Weird, huh? >
