The friend of mine that is a surgeon is also a lawyer and is very up to date on all the laws and such but he cant represent me because he is not a practicing attorney and never took the bar. The upside to this is that he knows the best malpractice lawyers and referred me to one of his good friends that has a very impressive win record. Cant wait for everyone to get a letter from him.
