Well, I had lots of improvement on the Flagyl. I was actually back on the

treadmill and had about three better weeks in a row. On some days I thought

I would never get this far, I was so amazed. I made a comment to hubby

that according to my " schedule " , I'd probably herx for Christmas...and guess

what!!??????? Still not done shopping yet, wanted to do lots of baking,

and need to get stuff for a nice dinner for my mom whom I havent seen in

ages. She'll look at me and probably think " things haven't changed " ..LOL.

I was supposed to go to the inlaws too. Don't think this bod is going

anywhere! Oh the timing just SUCKS...(excuse me <g>

Oh yea...anyone feel that after they take a shower they feel like theyre

having a mini herx or something?? This shower just made it worse (I know it

will pass in a few but this always happens around herx time)

Dear Anita,

Try taking a cooler shower if you can. The heat (weather related, baths,

etc. ) seems to really bring out the symptoms in a lot of people. I know I

have not been able to tolerate warm temperatures or humidity for many years.

That is common with tickborne diseases. Now I know why I like winter better!
