Hmmmm, no, I didn't think so. >> prob not, but the transcipts will prob be available for a fee.. ...I do not doubt his files were a mess...not because I think poorly of the doctor, but because he defended himself not by admitting his files were not proper, but he used the defense...he was like other doctors when it came to charting.....and the OPMC in response said....the standard of care is what a reasonable and prudent doctor would do......they also go on to say that poor record keeping does not equate to poor patient care, but they were able to use his own files against him....like stating a patient was complaining of chest pain and then not documenting ANY kind of exam or follow-up..... One thing I find incredulous is that they found Dr. Dattwlyer to have no animus towards Oren's.......That better be a number one priority to dispute him as the " states witness " against him...... If you look at what Dr. Donta testified to.....he was able not to offer much help...because he was presented with the same files to read, and he was honest when he said he doesn't start with IV therapy so his practice was different..he also said he couldn't comment on the medical records because he is not a medical record expert....I have to be totally honest here....if Dr. Oren's records were better, I would bet a lot of money Donta would have been able to have help Dr. O. I am just crossing my fingers that the other " targeted docs " withstand the file scrutiny a lot better...... I also wonder whether Ira Maurer will post the transcript etc. as he is the attorney of record when Dr. O was revoked....I am trying to figure out an easy way to scan this paperwork... so people can read it for themselves....the OPMC pages some of us got...but I do not have a large flat bed scanner...just a 5x7 feeding scanner Please everyone understand...I wrote a letter of support...I traveled into NYC because I felt strongly about this..... so when I explain stuff that is in here, and why I can see how they were able to " get " Dr. O.....I am not saying it is justified (morally) at all...but I can see how his actions were construed as gross negligence legally...and I pray he has a more effective lawyer with his appeal, and that none of the other doctors face the same result. I do have a problem with the OPMC. for many reasons ...I feel the doctors 6 patients who had their charts reviewed should have been examined medically and interviewed, no matter whether oren's lawyer wanted it or not.....It would seem a fairer way to thoroughly evaluate the allegations.....and would have given Dr. O a fairer hearing.....Bernadette

I myself had one initial WB, then one monthly while on IV.....3... then 2 WB with a new doc... 6 in 2 years......and I thought that was a lot...so 28 looks weird to me.... if someone was on iv and had a monthly...that could be 12-13..... I really do hope the testimony becomes available.....Bernadette
