Lowest has been 99.0 and it has topped out at just over 100. Had a headache yesterday and finally took some Tylenol so it came down to 98.6 which is still a fever for me. My normal is around 97-97.4 L ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Where do some of the Internet's largest email lists > reside? > > At ONElist - the most scalable and reliable service > on the Internet. > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Please send privately messages unrelated to lyme. > /archives.cgi/ > /archives.cgi/Lyme-Docs > Email: -subscribeonelist > You may substitute " unsubscribe " , " digest " , or > " normal " for > the word " subscribe " ( " normal " is the opposite of > " digest " ) > _________________________________________________________

Guest guest
i often wonder why they are ins. co. if they don't pay, especially when SOMONE is paying a premium. have you thought about contacting another health ins. co. in your area? do you know a friend of a friend of a friend that may know of some loop hole w/in your state? i luckily have an ins. buddy that got me results immed. w/his advice on a auto accid. settlement. they know things! ! >From: lc lott <lclott@...> > > > >--- mimianne@... wrote: >> From: mimianne@... >> >> that sounds typical. it will all work out! keep >> your chin up! this is not >> something you need to dwell on for 60 days. >> >> Wish I could just let it work itself out but that is my only source >of income right now and as much as they have jacked me around i have a >feeling they are going to really push it and deny the appeal as well. >As much as I try not to dwell on it it just infuriates me that ins co >can do this and get away with it. I worked in Surgery and couldnt take the chance of passing out or falling down while we were in the middle of a procedure. Plus the fatigue and the memory problems were also creating a problem for me when I would be doing a procedure and forgot to have things that I knew were needed. The docs and my co-workers started thinking I was just being lazy or not paying attention. Got called in to the office more than once because of a complaint from a doc. Told my boss back then that something was wrong but of course it was passed off as stress and poor work performance. Now that I have a dx and am being treated and can prove that i wasnt just lazy do you think ive heard an apology or even a gee guess there was something wrong after all. Nope. Although a few of the docs that i am really close with have been very supportive and have called to see how things are going. They really want me to come back. Said that I am better on a bad day than some of the others are on their best day. LOL Take care and let me know how you are doing. That was my major point with my employer! They are paying a premium for Disability ins for all the employees and then we get denied! I would be really POd if I was my employer and my I was paying these premiums for nothing. And of course the only recourse you have against them is to fight it and fight it until you lose everyhting and then they finally give in to get you off their backs and you cant recover any damages! Guess im in the wrong line of work! I need to own an ins co and just sit back and rake it in and never pay it out. I dont have the right personality for it tho. I could never screw people and live with myself so guess that is out. Also I do have a very good friend that I worked with at the hospital. He is a surgeon and also has his law degree as well as alot of very good legal contacts. He is setting me up with a couple of his medical lawyer friends to take my case and also help me with the disability situation. It is just the jumping through the hoops game that is driving me nuts. Take care L > >> See > >> >> our homepage. > >> >> > >> > >>------------------------------------------------------------------------ > >> >> Please send privately messages unrelated to > lyme. > >> >> /archives.cgi/ > >> >> /archives.cgi/Lyme-Docs > >> >> Email: -subscribeonelist > >> >> You may substitute " unsubscribe " , " digest " , or > >> >> " normal " for > >> >> the word " subscribe " ( " normal " is the opposite > of > >> >> " digest " ) > >> >> > >> > > >> > >_________________________________________________________ > >> >
Guest guest
Hi , I got turned down too, for my Long term disability, but I appealed and was sent to their doctors and they agreed I was sick, so I got approved and got back pay. It is tough, they make you go through hoops. I am glad you have a good doctor/lawyer friend who can help you. BTW, even though I now have SSDI, the LTD company must pay me $100 a month till I am 65. They just called the other day, and still are putting me through hoops for that small amount. Hugs, Marta - >From: lc lott <lclott@...> > >> >> I wonder that myself.
